A huge thank you goes out to everyone who came to the bike clinic on Saturday. Hopefully you feel more comfortable on your bike after working with Vision Quest! (Shout out to Thomas and Meghan for killing their first time on a racing bike!)

1. Pay Dues!! - November 1st
If you have enjoyed spending time with the team and practicing with us, pay dues to Renee or anyone else on exec by November 1st. This will give you access to our premier coaching staff, workouts, and more! If you do not pay dues by this date, you will be removed from the listserv and won't receive workouts anymore. Dues are $175 for the year. ***Note: If you do not pay dues by this date, you will be removed from the liserv and will not be allowed to come to practice.
2. Hill Workout - This Saturday - November 1st
This Saturday the team will be traveling to Swallow Cliff to do a hill workout! If you signed up, you will receive an email in the next few days with transportation details! Unfortunately, the sign ups for this event have already closed, but we will have more opportunities like this one in the future!
2. Krispy Kreme 5K - November 9th
Sign up on the link below to volunteer for the KK5k on November 9th. More details about signing up, date, time, and responsibilities can be found on the link below!

3. F3 Lake Half Marathon - January
Every winter we do this race as a team! It's a great way to stay motivated and keep training throughout the winter. The link to register is HERE! Register under our team name Northwestern Three-A-Day Tight Asses! (Unfortunately, it is too late to use the discount but you can still register at full price!)
I hope workouts are going well for everyone! If anyone is not in a biking group on groupme and would like to be added for group rides, feel free to shoot me an email and I can add you! Hopefully we will be able to bike outside Sunday!

Mark your calendars and save the date for our goal setting brunch! This is an awesome way for exec to know what you hope to get out of your experience as a member of the triathlon team! Whether your goal is to place top 50 at nationals or have fun and meet new people, this will help us make sure your get the most out of your experience on the team!
