Memphis is THIS WEEKEND!!! Get excited!!! Memphis is one of the coolest races we get to do! There are two distances, Sprint (swim 0.75k, bike 20k, run 5k) and Olympic (swim 1.5k, bike 40k, run 10k). We will be leaving this Friday, May 15th, then we will have racers competing Saturday May 16th and Sunday May 17th!
We have a great week of training before Memphis! Make sure you know what nutrition you can stomach for the race.
